Item 1: Appropriation of $14,499.18 to be used for HVAC unit and new restroom duct work at the Aquatic Center.

Finance Meeting during Council

Item 1: Resolution to authorize city to accept lowest responsible bid and award it to Blackstone Construction for the work on Russellville Municipal Airport Apron.

Item 2: Appropriation of $85,288.63 to fund the replacement of the Illinois Bayou Park Boat Dock.

Item 3: Resolution to authorize city to accept lowest responsible bid from Western Millwright Services for construction of Shiloh Park ADA restroom, a new score booth and concession stand renovations.

Item 3a: Appropriation of $652,000 to fund Shiloh Park restroom wastewater & renovations construction.

Item 4: Appropriation of $10,812.98 to fund the purchase of fence screening at Public Works.

Item 5: Resolution to authorize city to work with engineering services for drainage improvements at S. Galveston Ct and Prairie Creek Tributary.

Item 1: Resolution to amend 99 year license agreement with Dardanelle and Russellville Railroad Inc to use certain lands for trail construction at Bernice Ave and between 16th & 19th St.

Item 2: Resolution to vacate South Utica Right-of-way between 2008 E 2nd St and 2120 E 2nd St.

Item 3: Ordinance rezoning 150 S Tulsa from R-1 to C4.

Item 4: Ordinance rezoning 2802 W Main St from R-2 to C-2.

Item 5: Ordinance rezoning 1311-1315 E 16th St from C-2 to R-2.

Item 6: Ordinance rezoning property along the 400 block of Chesty Puller Dr from M-2 to WN (walkable neighborhood).
