Personnel Committee

Item 1: Police personnel incentive as recruitment tool to fill vacant spots on police force.
Finance Committee
Justin Keller (chairman), Nathan George, Seth Bradley, and Chris Olson.
Finance Prep
Item 1: Resolution to approve pay incentives for police applicants.
Recommends passing. Currently, this would offer $500 for new recruitments, $1,000 for certified officers to anyone that refers them. There would be a 90 day window before incentive payment.
Item 2: Resolution to construct a new recycling facility that will be at 1801 S Knoxville, using Hard Rock Construction for $242,823.65.
Recommends passing. This new recycling facility will provide a place for residents who do not have recycling services to utilize, 40% of the city does not have curbside recycling. This location will also accept glass recycling, which Russellville has not had previously.
Item 3: Resolution for Airport Department engineering services with McClelland Consulting. No recommendation.

Item 2: Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2052, the current solid waste ordinance, to clarify the underlying state authority and to make retroactive to March 21, 2009.
