Item 1: Bid for Western Millwrights to do Airport Update

Item 2: Authorize Optimum internet services for Downtown underground conduit access.

Item 3: Use capital fund to make Fire Station 2 parking lot improvements. $57,895.

Item 4: Bid for sidewalk maintenance with Western Millwrights; ADA updates and fixes.

Item 5: Authorize agreement with Taber Tax Back.

Item 6: Use $10,000 to cover expense of dilapidated house demolition. 215 E Circle Dr.

Item 7: Use $166,863 for extraction equipment for Rescue Unit 1.

Item 8: Discussion of ownership of land at 417 E N St.

Item 10: Amending city personnel policy to include Employee Wellness Benefits.

Item 11: Bid for Bowden Specialties to work on drainage on S. Tampa and S Utica.

Public works update

Sidewalks on West Main Street are in progress, soccer parking lot is in progress, Prairie Creek project has completed removing structures and will be able to move forward on additional downtown parking soon.
