2025 Employee of the Year: Tammie Case

Finance Report From 5:30pm meeting prior to Council Meeting
Item 1: Authorizing Mayor, City Clerk, and Grant Administrator to execute an agreement for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) to construct and connect two existing segments of the RCTS (Russellville Connected Trail System).
Item 2: Reimbursement of $53,076.17 for 4th Qtr expenses for the Alliance for Economic Development contract.
Item 3: Resolution amending the general fund revenues and expenditures budget for Russellville in 2026.
Item 4: Resolution adopting the special funds revenues and expenditures budgets for Russellville in 2026.
Item 5: Resolution for Mayor and City Clerk to execute agreement with Russellville Advertising and Promotion Commission regarding benefits, retirement and payroll of A&P personnel.
New Business
Item 1: Ordinance amending current zoning code.
Item 2: Ordinance accepting dedication of rights-of-way and easements in the plat of Hunt Estates Minor Subdivision/Incidental Subdivision Plat for Amy Lynn Place.
